on the heels of the 'are coasties worth more' topic i'd like to know what the old salty coasties think of as the toughest coast gig? where is the toughest place to be based on the coast?

assuming we spent time in cloud (this usually works out to maybe .1 to .3, sometimes 0, since most time is spent above the clouds) ....... The "actual IMC" column, however, is only for time spent in clouds/IMC conditions. even on top of cloud should be IMC, shouldn't it, if you can't see the ground...

i've changed my mind. too much controversy and arguing around airplanes. i shan't buy a ppc. i think i'll just use the money to build a roller coaster.

my dad is rich and i am going to tell him to buy me an airplane to build time on and tell him to pay for a ppc on it also. what kindof plane should my dad buy me if i am going ot make it as a pilot, a king air or a twin otter? here is a link to some pictures of the planes i would like my dad to buy ...
