Any insiders know when AC is going to have an open posting?

Can somebody please explain to me the major differences between AC and Rouge. When you are interviewed are you interviewing for both positions? If you fly for Rouge are you on the same seniority list as AC, can you bid into an AC position and aircraft? Is it the same pay scale?

I get called once a wk for a WDO, and of course I turn it down. I can't justify helping out if we are short staffed on a particular day if my position is going to be reduced in a few months.

If Jazz is slowing down why do they have another job posting on workopolis??

If an Aerodrome meets standard alternate wx requirements of 800 - 2 and is served with a TAF that states 221139Z 221224 24010G25KT 1SM SN OVC 004 TEMPO 1417 3SM OVC 009. Can I use this as an alternate @ 1500Z even though the 12hr forecast is below mins???? The AIM states the forecast TEMPO condition...
