Re: atpl
Well I am glad you told me that because I have a ride coming up but my IFR Don't need to be renewed for another year. So just give the examiner the $35 and its all good?
I am just curious why it Can't be just a normal ride, because I mean a Ride is basically an IFR flight test as well correct?

Re: Hiring Pools
so if Nav Canada begins hiring their own again will they be using the same application process with aptitude tests etc? Also is there a big demand right now that will make it easier to get in?

Hiring Pools
I was just wondering is there becoming a greater need for ATC now? WHat are the hiring pools like now and is it a good time to apply? I was just wondering because I am thinking of doing the tests and wanted to know what IFR courses are becoming avalable and the next cornwall course for VFR?

Can anyone give me info on working conditions, schedule, and all that good stuff? I noticed they don’t have an HR department on the Pilot Career Center website so I’m assuming all CV's go to the chief pilot?.....Thanks
