You have to remember this is government, and they're fairly useless, impotent and slow to do anything. Just don't tell them you're getting it done. On call hours don't count as duty time in the eyes of TC. Perhaps you should count yourself lucky to get even 8 hours per day.

They're almost exclusively LSTC's, but the owner or the LSTC can sell the data and a DAR can submit an application to copy the existing LSTC and have it issued to a different registration.

PilotDar, have you stalled a beaver in a steep turn at 5600 lbs? I ask because the stall is much more aggressive than a Beaver at 5090. By necessity you're also pulling a lot more power to maintain a level turn at a higher weight. It's a completely different animal 500 pounds heavier.
