Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
I was in the assessment early May and got am in got VFR. Anyone else!? I remember they said there were far more IFR spots than VFR spots. Congrats on the VFR offer though and lucky you, you'll get to see those planes through the big windows! Also I was wondering if anyone wants to make a Slack grou...

Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
What does this two-day boot camp entail? I'm sure that there are interviews, but why is it two days? I think first day is the interview. In the email or the site (forgot which one), they said we'd have material given to us to study for the second day. So I'm assuming it's another test/assessment ty...

Re: Wonderlic test?? Status: Assessment
The online portion of the test is processed immediately. People who do not make the cut at any stage of the process gets a message that says "DNMF [Application Area] Do Not Reapply in 18 Months" (or something to that degree) instead of "Status: ..." . Mine stayed on "Status: Assessment" for around h...

Re: Wonderlic test?? Status: Assessment
If you see Status: Assessment you passed. The red/yellow/green was for their old site. Wait times depend on your score, the region, and when they last did the in person assessment. Could be anywhere from next week to next year to be honest, so just put it on the back of your mind until you actually ...

Re: Initial "wonderlic" test
The Wonderlic is probably the least aptitude based part of the hiring process. With that being said, the Wonderlic really shouldn't be an issue to anyone looking to get invited to the in person assessments. Actual ATCs process a lot of simple arithmetic everyday and need a decent grasp of the Englis...

Also since this is more of an interview I'm wondering if there's an actual dress code. Should I just dress nice or is this a suit and tie situation

Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
You think if you select one of the dates not mentioned in their previous email they just boot you from the applicant pool haha. Joking aside I selected the first set of dates as well, and if you also did the first assessment on Feb 26 I'll see you again! Also they said to make sure your resume is up...

Re: Boot Camp Invitation (FEAST process)
I have gotten an email telling me that I have been invited to the next stage, but I haven't been able to book the dates yet. Has anyone been able to book? No not yet, we'll probably get notified with an email once we can schedule. And I think it will be tomorrow because most of their important sche...

Re: Boot Camp Invitation (FEAST process)
Congrats to those of you who made passed FEAST - it is not the easiest assessment :) I took FEAST in December last year and received an invite to the bootcamp which happened mid January in YEG. I received an IFR offer about 3-4 weeks after the bootcamp. We are not allowed to disclose much informati...

Re: Boot Camp Invitation (FEAST process)
Also interested and want to ask how the 2 day boot-camp is held (ex. interviews on second or first day?) From what I was told, they take 10 of the 30 (I heard sometimes it's less) who got the boot-camp invitations. 10 out of 30? No kidding every step of this application sounds absolutely crazy. I h...

Boot Camp Invitation (FEAST process)
Hello again everyone. Congrats to everyone who got an invitation to the 2 day boot camp and best wishes to everyone else in their upcoming endeavours. I was wondering if anyone here has attended the boot camp before and could disclose what it entails? Is it the FEAST III, more tests, or more of an i...

Question about FEAST and Workday
There's been a lot of topics regarding the YYZ March assessment. I was wondering if there's anyone from any FIR who have gone through the entire FEAST process under the new system. If there are do you know what DNMF means and what you profile showed before being invited to the next stage after the f...

Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
at least with FEAST you guys move forward fairly quickly. I did the in person assessment in vancouver in jan, and still have no idea when an interview might happen. could be 6 months could be another year :( Soooo boring with absolutely no info whatsoever, so I'm living through this excitement with...

Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
I don't think that changes. I think if you began your application with the old system it gives you YYZ, while if you began you application process with the new workday system it's only NTL. I'm not sure about it though. I didn't get any updates or offers yet though I hope it's soon. I'd still like t...

For those who have a DNMF or any changes to your profile, where does it say the DNMF or whatever.

Re: What does DNMF NTL mean on application?
Wait. I've solved it It stands for: Done nice mutha fuckah! haha, that'd be real nice. On a serious note I did some digging here and people seem to get DNMF on all stages (Wonderlic, FEAST I & II, Bootcamp), then mysteriously disappear after a few comments about DNMF with no further explanation. Ot...

Re: What does DNMF NTL mean on application?
Honestly I don't think anyone's confirmed. Maybe DNMF is the good news people are waiting for, but didn't someone get DNMF after doing only the online Wonderlic test.
Also it sucks that they don't answer the ATS career line anymore and emails take them longer to respond to as well.

Re: What does DNMF NTL mean on application?
Also, I'm finding it confusing because it still says status assesment... does that just mean that's the furthest I made it... or will it change to failed... ?? Wait so does your application say assessment and DNMF? Mine only says assessment still so it's confusing. As for the YYZ vs NTL I think whe...

Re: YYZ Assessment (Feb 2019)
Mine neither says DNMF nor have I received an any other updates from Nav Canada, it still just says "Assessment". Either they're doing this all in batches or maybe I placed high enough for the fall applicant pool but not for this round of hiring. Has anybody actually heard back with a boot camp invi...
