Workin on the side
Hey,
Anyone else doing other jobs on the side of aviation? I am dying to get involved in something else, just don't have a clue as to what. What are you guys/gals into?

You guys sound like a bunch of losers, if it were my land I'd do the same thing. Why is this airport allowed to get away with this? Pay the guy for his land or get off it.

No doubt the media is making a big deal out of it but, obviously they are going to report it. The workers and there families on these choppers are concerned and then to have two in the same day, one declaring an emergency, the other for ops reasons. The recent accident is still fresh in everyone's m...

Re: Rentals and Grass Strips
It all depends, I know the flight school I went to wouldn't let us land in Harbour Grace. It had to be with an instructor. But that place got pretty soft and had a large obstacle short final. A well kept strip shouldn't be an issue.

Re: Continental Flt 3407 Crash at Buffalo/Niagra Intr'nal

It also states they dropped the gear and called for flap 15 around 135kias........exactly how slow does this plane fly??? Whats the highest and lowest stall speed for the q400??? ...
