The majority of FO's I have talked to have said the lifestyle is relaxed. They are getting for the most part the schedule they want.

With the shortage of Captains, forecasted future hiring at AC and WestJet, etc will there be some leeway on the upgrade matrix? For example, Jazz upgrades tend to come pretty quick (as low as 6 months). A 1500 hour pilot at Encore would have to hit the hour requirement on the Q400 or wait 2 years. T...

I have not heard anything. All I know is all is filled up to pretty much end of December. Without knowing the facts, I doubt Jan. has been filled yet.
