For a major modification you will likely need to submit initial documentation to TC. Once work is completed the aircraft will need to go back to flight testing for however many hours TC requires, final documents/flight test reports submitted to TC and eventually new CofA issued. WHY ? I have owned many CH series A/C They are a poor man's RV and investing loads of $ FWF is like putting a $10,000 dress on a pig ! The CH 200 was designed for a 100 hp engine.
