I am a supplier and I would like to know if I will get paid in 30 , 60 or 90 days or maybe not at all. If anybody has a problem with that to bad. As for obscure it seems pretty direct to my but maybe some need to see pictures.

Pride Aviation does not own or hold an OC in it's own name also the hotmail address implies it's brand new sounds like a good idea if the right people are behind it. But I'm sure they are not. Give it 6 months and the checks will start to become post dated and rubbery.

Anything the owner on Nexjet says has to be taken with a grain of salt. It's easy to say that anyone said anything and he is very good at putting words in other peoples mouths. The is an enforcement issue stoping a operator who had no respect for pilots or rules. He felt he could intimidate everyone...

It seems doors are locked at KZ, owner not easy to find and the C310 is parked at the other side of the airport by TC office.

Heard Nexjet has a tribunal hearing coming up. Anybody know where it is and when. Can anybody attend these hearings. Might be worth while travelling east to attend.

A solution would be to not allow PPC's to be portable. Then every OC would have to provide training to new company pilots.

I wonder how long it's going to be before the same operation shows up with a different OC. Are there any rules to prevent that happening?
