Do yourself a favour, don't waste your time at Encore. You have better chance to be hired at AC or even WJ mainline if you fly for AC express. If you are flying 703, just stay where you are a bit longer, apply WJ mainline at 1500 hours and skip the whole Encore mess. There is absolutely no reason to...
