Are there any trainees who were in specialty or OJT who are still waiting to be called back? I'm guessing all of them would need to be called back in order for ab initio trainees to be re hired.. Probably looking at late 2022 or 2023 for new hires, given how they havent recalled or even reached out...

With all the trainees being let go, even those that were just short of qualification, looks like none of us are getting a chance to become ATC anytime soon.

With the recent announcement I really doubt that we will have assessments anytime soon. Cant see this dying down in the summer for us to start this fall I know its the last thing to worry about rn but unfortunate timing for all of us. Good luck to everyone out there stay safe!
