As far as I know benefits are the same. The pension is calculated the same way but will be lower for FSS because of the lower pay.

Same, but it’s been “interview” since after the FEAST. I think in 8-12 weeks it will change to either “eligible for offer” or “fail” depending on how you did

It was done in a very small group. We were told 8-12 weeks for results with courses starting either mid-late fall or early 2023.
