Re: FSS Benefit questions.
As far as I know benefits are the same. The pension is calculated the same way but will be lower for FSS because of the lower pay.

Re: YYZ Half-Day Bootcamp 2022
I just declined my FIC offer yesterday and got the same email today for ATS I believe. Hopefully we get calls with offers rolling in soon. Thanks for declining  ! I received an offer for FIC today and accepted. Not my first choice but I don't want to decline and risk not receiving any offer. P...

Same, but it’s been “interview” since after the FEAST. I think in 8-12 weeks it will change to either “eligible for offer” or “fail” depending on how you diddigitallic wrote: ↑Wed Jun 08, 2022 9:03 am For anyone that has attended the half day in person, what’s your workday status? Mines “interview”

Re: YYZ Half-Day Bootcamp 2022
It was done in a very small group. We were told 8-12 weeks for results with courses starting either mid-late fall or early 2023.vultajolma wrote: ↑Thu Jun 02, 2022 7:27 am Yea i would be interested to know how many people showed up a day and what kind of turnaround we should expect going forward.

Re: YYZ Half-Day Bootcamp 2022
What is everyone thinking in terms of attire? At the FEAST it seemed completely casual, though that was all computer based. I’m thinking about wearing a suit but its probably overkill.

Re: YYZ Half-Day Bootcamp 2022
I've heard it's a lot more relaxed with "fun" group activities but not sure. Good luck at it though! Pretty much what my interviewer said as well, thanks. I guess I will just go and see! Anyone else here get an invite and scheduled to go? Me! I am excited and really hoping I will pass. But even if ...

Re: Any updates on training?
Oh I completely misunderstood. Didn't realize there was a "passing grade" for the interview. This was in YYZ right? Mind if I ask when your interview was? Mine was about 2 weeks ago they said we shoud hear back around the end of the month. There is passing grade for the entire hiring process, even ...

Re: Any updates on training?
Got an invite for a virtual panel interview YYZ region. Anyone else get this? Anyone have any advice for this panel interview? :D Congrats! Unfortunately for me I didn't get an interview. I applied in YYZ region too and passed my FEAST in Feb 2020. Hopefully I'll get an interview eventually. Good l...

I am in the same position that you were, I did the in person test in YYZ in February 2020, was told I passed, then heard nothing. Your post gives me hope!guanin2999 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 7:46 pm Yeah, they left me hanging back in Apr 2020. I passed the in-person aptitude tests and was waiting for an interview slot.

Re: Application Deadline for YYZ Assessments Closed!
Congrats! how did you find it? is there any place to grab a snack or drink during the breaks? how long were the breaks and what was the general dress code? Thanks I was at the assessment today too. It is challenging, you really need to concentrate. There is a cafeteria that sells sandwiches, wraps,...
