Re: Keewatin

The interview includes an oral and written exam via zoom... (not shitting you). Its not hard. That said, its a shitty place to work with many better options out there so the real question to ask is why work there? Only good reason to choose Keewatin is if you live in some place with no aviation oppo...

Re: Air Canada pilot not giving back the item I paid for nor my money

Rather than contact his boss to get him in trouble have you considered asking your mom to talk to his mom? Maybe if your mom talks with his mom he'll get grounded or better yet a spanking.

Re: Moving around the country and out of province vehicles?

So, now I'm wondering what commuting pilots do. What about leaving a vehicle in another provience for use when commuting to work? I'm guessing no change of address = no change of license?

Claude, is that you ? Nope. Besides your difficulty in writing full and coherent sentences, you have little understanding of the fundamental principle of trade unions: that we are stronger when we speak with one voice. If you're off pursuing your own agenda, management notices and will not respect ...

This is entertaining, there is a part of me considering sending a resume, accepting the job then not showing up for day 1 just to get a front row seat to the jazz dumpster fire lol

Re: Moving around the country and out of province vehicles?

For one more reason, it's probably worth re-registering the car in the new province. My charming middle daughter did not right away when she moved to another province. She called me very upset that someone had smashed her back window while it was parked behind her apartment. 'Nothing stolen, just b...

Moving around the country and out of province vehicles?

Hey, just wondering what other people do with moving around for jobs and out of province vehicles. Is it hard to import a vehicle to Ontario? Do you guys just trade them in when you move?

Can we get a dating sub form for mail order Canadian pilots seeking American partners for green cards? Maybe a 90 day fiancé type scenario?

Re: Is JerryRig Right?

Is this not the main grievance with the Covid shot. We were told not to think and life was made extremely difficult if you wanted to make a different choice. JerryRig wouldn’t be posting much in here if the Covid shot was like the flu shot… get it if you want it, no one else’s business what choice ...

Never had polio... probably never had an exposure to it either, probably because the vaccines were pretty effective at virtually eliminating it. (I'm not antivax or a vax lover, I'll look at each scenario case by case ) Damn you dragged me into this thread again lol. Is this not the main grievance ...

I was thinking more guy fawks and less freedom truckers with my burn down the parliaments comment. Yes I think CBC is liberal propaganda but rebel media is mostly just cashing in on stoking anger on the other side of spectrum emotions pay better then truth after all. I wouldn't force my will on others. I didn't make my kids get vaccinated, I gave them the best info I could at the time and let them choose. My kids are only partially vaccinated and it prevented us taking a family vacation last summer oh how my rights have been trampled, I was looking forward to th...

I think it is safe to say not all vaccines are as effective as others. Having SOPs doesn't prevent all aircraft crashes, should we abandon using all SOPs?
