The 35 dual need to be with a Flight Instructor. Your title says "... hours for flight test" which you can actually do now as you've got over the required 150. Of course, you need a recommendation from an instructor. But say, he or she is happy with your flying say after just 5 hours or so and writ...

These 35 dual, they should be done with FI with which ratings, or under ATO ?

CPL requirements - hours for flight test in CAN
Soon I will be 200 hrs, I have 180 HRS total, 100 PIC, ICAO PPL license was issued at 120 hours (hehe, went to real TopGun school, !@#$), do I still need completed 65 hours of commercial course? (All logged hours after I got PPL license were PIC)
