Re: Air Canada Second Trip to C.C.A.A.?

How does it feel having people live in your head rent free? I guess you could answer that yourself, This is not the place for anger and aggression... it's an aviation forum. That is incredibly hypocritical, considering the vitriol you have displayed towards me on the ACPA corruption string. You are...

Re: Cargo TA

TS pilots: what's "plan B" if AC doesn't buy your Company? Apply to AC and accept new hire BOTL, once the furloughed pilots are back? Better than EI? Give your heads a shake. There is only one group of pilots who have the ability to create a toxic work environment in the merged entity (and it ain't ...

Re: Write the MEC

Why should pilots agree to a 10% pay cut in order to carry out the most profitable flying the airline has? (corruption?)

Re: NEM Tony Ledsham is NOT gone... Post by YesMassaPayson » Fri Nov 20, 2020 9:49 pm Tony, You need to seek psychological help. Re: COVID MOA 2

On a scale of 1 to Lubitz...not fair...okay, 1 to Sullenberger...? Calin should invest in sanity tests post-pandemic. More productivity = higher profit sharing. And planebored, point taken. Yes I was referring to him, I mentioned the initials, TL. Didn't click when I read over that.. whoops In ligh...

Re: Calin is retiring February 2021

There's an elephant in the room. What about the TS pilots? Is it really fair to do a ratio integration with them, while we have hundreds of AC pilots furloughed, some of which came from TS? How much did Calin walk away with? How much is his DB pension? He's an M&A lawyer, by trade. Anyone have any g...

How does it go? Maybe I have this wrong Tony, no military experience here... You can't go full afterburner all the time over enemy positions or you're going to get shot out of the sky. That's what happened here and it accomplished less than nothing, it sets us back. It's interesting you mention tha...

Re: COVID MOA 2

How much do the benefits cost AC? Claimsecure is an administrator, not an insurer. The CWIPP pension costs them 4.5% of SFA. The news will soon come out about CEWS. They can't resist free money... As a furloughed member, I just applied for EI. Being on CEWS would be a huge change for me and my fami...

Re: Duty of Fair Representation (DFR)

Some points of law, FYI: In the federal jurisdiction, a "duty of fair representation" ("DFR") complaint (filed under Section 37) is made to the Canada Industrial Relations Board "CIRB", the long-time successor to the Canada Labour Relations Board ("CLRB"). Anyone contemplating such a complaint woul...

I’m guessing after 4 posts by Tony and the link to the video removed that he had a short stay on this forum after being removed. We will have to wait for Tony to start his on forum so he can attack everyone. Nope - Still here. News of my demise is greatly exaggerated... I posted this back in August...

82.5% chose to take the cash and leave the bottom 600 in the cold.
Do you really believe that though? Are there any pilots on the ACPA VCC?

The corruption at ACPA has got to end. I know, I am on the MEC!
