Air Canada doesnt care about the west

Question for you all...why do pilots (MEC) always think they are smarter than the company and their panel of high priced help? If we say yes to this agreement which as usual seems open to lots of interpretation,(you know which way we always end up on that front), what kind of a future are the pilots...
