when did anyone really work at imp... you get paid just to show up and fill a spot as imp bill out for you being on the clock.. and there is nothing in the collective agreement for liecensed guys.. as a licensed engineer covers about 3 of their job titles. that tail drgger time will def help with becoming a tow pilot but he also needs to be still active with cadets (ie be in the CIC) and have 150hrs pic for this region and 100PIC for regions that fly a scout. And that he needs 100hrs night crosscountry for his eventual ATPL and that the more he builds...

If you go to college then join up you can join semi skilled and have to just take basic training and a cross over course (think its like 10 weeks)instead of the year long military course at cfsair. If you where a member of a reserve unit less than 5 years ago you can go direct entry. that been said ...
