endorsements that are on the AMO certificate are best but any endorsement on M2 usually works....

Look at the BCIT course in Kelowna, Fligtcraft is so short on "S" guys they are advertising on behalf of BCIT to get people to take the course. Word is that the next two classes will all be offered jobs at KF.
