My license are canadaian ICAO and the type rating too . Can i do JAR type rating or i have to convert all my license CPL IFR .

Im looking for an first officer experience on the A320 .

I only know eaglejet but the waitting list is too long
I have ICAO license , does any one know about any other company for the first officer experience
