Re: September GS
Biggest tip I can give regarding life & life style at the start of Jazz. Don't chase type, get to where you want to live, you can always fly any time later on down the line, but liking where you live is 1000% more important than AC type. Not all types are at every base, so figure out what types are...

Re: September GS
How and what to prepare mostly. Maybe some foresight into my first few months on the line?

September GS
Hi all,
I imagine there are many of us who have gone through the entire process and are waiting to hear back with regard to GS next month and beyond. I’ve heard that it’s set to start on the 19th but was curious if anyone has heard back?
Thanks for any info.

Re: MAG Aerospace
I'm starting up ground school in YSB April 4. Looking forward to this summer! Only downside is I'm not sure the push/pull time will truly count when applying to regionals in the fall.

C337 - Skymaster
Hi all, Trying to do my research but honestly there isn't much information available as far as this bird is concerned. For those who don't know, it's a multi-engine centerline thrust airplane. I would be logging multi PIC all summer long, but the caveat is that it is centerline thrust. Will a 705 op...

Re: Need advice
Do it. When you're in the airline world you'll wish you had more stories to tell. It'll come. You'll be more hirable too. Trust me, after even a few years you'll look back at these "fun" gigs as some of the best times of your life. :) This is the general consensus I'm receiving from other co-worker...

Re: Need advice
Currently working as a class 2 flight instructor. Got a job offer for fire detection up north and pending some responses from regionals. Should I accept this specialty air service job up north, I fully intend to finish the contract. I'll be banking multi-time although centreline thrust, are my chan...
