I really think that you should check the big fleet operator for the issues they have with Diamond, there is a big operator in London and MFC in Moncton should be your first contact.

Try running the engine until it get's really hot and then try, the heat usually helps. You can also try with a heat gun but no torches it can destroy your engine. Good luck

Defenitly not the IO-240-B17B It is the worst piece of s..t out there, until teledyne continental comes out with a pump and system that makes sence stay away from it. I would be suprised that there will be some AD comming out on it soon!!

State of the art a/c

I just hope that you are not referring to the DA20-C1 a/c. If so you should talk to other operator about these somewhat A/C. Make sure that you can afford lots of down time!!!

You need to be very careful what kind of hammer you use, they are very sophisticated tools and sometimes they can do amazing things. You would be surprised what else they can fix!!!!
