"shut up your mouth", I like that, can I use it?
You can talk for days about Jazz? Jazz has operated 800+ flights per day for years, yes sh!t happens. But we're talking about Sky Regionals 2nd day of operating. It was what, their 17th flight ever?

He chickened out. Called it off saying that he thinks he needs more training.

Re: Jazz vs. WestJet comparison: 1 year later
I've been at Jazz for many years and must say that I disagree with some of the comments made by Brize.
Rarely do I hear anyone make any negative comments about WestJet....Air Canada on the other hand, well that's a different story.

Re: jazz pilots pay the mortgage off fast
I think its funny when AC guys talk about the EMB they only mention the 190, Sage do you guys just conveniently forget about the 73 seat EMB 175? Is the 175 a regional jet and the 190 not? They're both REGIONAL JETS. 40% of AC's fleet is REGIONAL JETS.

Re: jazz pilots pay the mortgage off fast
The E175 can be thought of as a DC-9? Give me a break. How many seats does it have? Doesn't the RJ705 have 2 more seats?
The E175 is a REGIONAL JET.
Most REGIONAL AIRLINES in N. America have them.

Well said Mach 1.
I agree with everything you said and I hope that most here would also agree.
The person that started this thread is a complete moron.

Re: jazz interview questions
When Jazz says that they want a reference from your current employer they may mean a reference from someone that works with you currently. I used a training captain that had done training on me and with whom I had flown with as a First Officer numerous times in the past. But that was many moons ago....

mbav8r,
Commuter etiquette? Senior employees purposely list themselves last second so that junior employees don't use C1's and jump ahead.
Just a heads up.

Re: Does anyone live in the Beamsville/Grimsby area?
One thing to watch out for in Grimsby is property tax. It was enough to scare us away. It's gone up quite a bit since too. I have a friend that just moved because of the increase.

Actually they need the length more. Emirates wants to bring the A380 to YFC, YQM and YHZ next.
