I got a buddy working there. Moral there is not at the highest as of late, both on the offshore and sked. He said the guys on the offshore are making shit for money. Airline side has a wild sked, with some saab crews spending a day and a half in Sept-Itles on lay over. Unless you are from the "rock"...
