14 hour duty days are pretty much the norm for medevac operations(the ones I've experienced anyways)and they DO get overtime pay if working over 40 hour week or 2080 in a year. I normally don't post but here goes... Get anything made of leather or sheepskin. Sheepskin hat that has the ear flaps and you can get boot liners as well(throw away the crappy felt ones that come with your sorels).
