When I use the term "no delay" in the climb for example it is for the pilots benefit. Otherwise I'd be tunneling you out of the terminal at 7000. Sometimes you are doing 4000 ft/pm at 320 kts and all I'm saying is keep it up, because if you dont say it the next sweep that climb rate has dropped to 1...

We have what are called "in" and "out" gates for the terminal.
