I turned down this job 6 years ago because they refused to pay more than 2K a month. Not even keeping up with inflation. Training wage??? I had a current PPC. Basicly you are buying your PPC here, or putting money in their pocket if you already have a PPC.

Yes they are still hiring college kids, and will continue to. From a strictly company perspective the college kids work great. They pretty much can't leave, so are a good investment, and they dont complain about pay and working conditions.

Pay will be about 60K ish to start for Capt. plus a 24k bond over 2 years. Atleast with this one you won't be in yyc, and should be able to stay away from some of the company BS. A lot of people have left the company in the last 8 months, including the CP and Assistant CP now. Food for thought.

some government employees work 37.33 hrs a week, which means that get an extra day off every 3 weeks. this is in over and above their weekends. I believe this may be what it is referring to, how it works into a pilot schedule I dont know.
