With about 30 '37s on order, not including the extra 15 received this year, I doubt that hiring has been closed on a long run. It’s pretty quiet. I was going to ask the same thing. I guess a lot are on vacation now and/or gearing up for a possible busy hiring fall organizing ground schools/sim dates etc. With lack of staff, it’s going to take longer.
