They will do a phone interview initially. Then they will ask you to come to Montreal for an interview. They do not offer a flight which is ironic since all other airlines in Canada do. After the interview there is a compass test and psych test. They will also do a medical. Great things are happening...

The only reason a few 55+ aged pilots came back was because they were laid off during covid. They are definitely going back to Emirates/Riyadh air.

I believe you hear back within a month. After that its anybody’s guess. Stuck in the pool and waiting on GS date. I’m hoping it will be Feb/March for us with only 704 time.
