I was in your shoes 4 years ago, took CEC route for PR. No lawyer, No IELTS. On PR for a year and half now. CIC.gc.ca is the ultimate source of all correct info.

316, CEC would be best route to PR. You will need a letter from your employer stating you have been working full time for a year now with $xy/hr,around 40 hrs/week(flying, ground school, dispatch duties etc.). Plus T-4, doesn't matter what's on T-4. Process is very straight forward, just go on CIC.g...

One more question.What sort of proof I should save for the record of flying since that twin will be deregister from N-. Anything I should get from PIC on paper after the trip?
I am getting paid so I have contract letter signed by owner.

what you meant by PIC in US?
Any info about "PIC under training" or under supervision?
Also heard if I didn't have IFR then I could have logged as dual,is it true?

The trip is from PA to mid europe takes about 7-8 days if we do 4.3 hrs/day with some7-8 stops for fuel. I don't know if it require second pilot technically....but for sure safety pilot will be great relief for PF.

How many Flight instructors(FTU) out there thinks that Dispatchers,specially head disp,are overly powered by CFI.Some time I feel they are Asst. CFI .It looks like they are there to kick axx not to dispatch.......
