A retired airline pilot hands down. Too many people think that getting a commercial license should automatically allow you to start flying an airplane for a living. Just because you can go out and buy a license doesn't mean you should be flying commercially. Anyone can go and buy a license. Not ever...

I like what KAG said about enjoying the ride and not worrying so much about the next job and the next job and so on. If you don't enjoy today and tommorow it will all be for nothing. When I first started out I was so set on " that first job" it was my number one priority, everything else came second...

How about Yellowknife for her position....Air Tindi Medevac. But with your experience...it would be very tough to get a flying job there, unless you were interested in working Dispatch/Ramp.
In van..maybe try Esso/Shell at YVR for a fueling position.

A guy at my company who is part-time a few days a month works as a Full-Time Police Officer Full-Time. He was full-time in aviation before but then swapped careers and now fly's on the side...because of this decision he made........he is now labeled in my books as.....A GENIUS......
