So SR's recent ad for cpt"s (and before that fo's) must be part of the 108 stated in this thread. And now Porter with its coming open house, and Georgian getting more RJs(?) again as rumoured here on AvCan, things are finally moving... When will there be upward pressure on wages when these Tier 2's ...

I formally apologize to those applying with actual experience that are not being called for interviews. Unfortunately, you have too much experience and deserve a better salary. We will hire pilots with NO experience first, then once we exhaust the NO experience pool of pilots, we will hire the pilo...

I'd be amazed if they ever had a bond. They have a difficult time finding the right applicants already, a bond wouldn't help the situation. They do have a company policy, however, that you can't bid off a certain type for the first two years, or one year if you come type rated. For example, new hir...
