Re: Esop reduction..

First of all when the ESOP was introduced it was at 33 1/3% match, then up to 60 for the last few years. November 2017, a message to all employees from Joe Randal regarding the ESOP stated that although the board approved another year of 60% match, the average employer match is 25-30% and a “move t...

You will either get yyc or very soon after you start. Dont worry about the base. You can always change that.

Re: Think carefully before you make your next move

There is alot of money on the table for both parties, are you sure ac and jazz will walk away from increasing wages by a little bit. I dont, I think we can fix the 2015 deal here. MAKE JAZZ GREAT AGAIN!

Re: 17 year TA?

It's good and bad. I'm so conflicted. To bad they didnt add $5-$6 more to starting fo pay to really lock this in. The good- movement will be fast lots of people going to ac The bad - the YOS and "pay increase" are both insulting...and anyone else notice that no pay bump in July for guy 6 years and u...

Re: 17 year TA?

Well, it's better than current but it's really not alot. I would think with all the extra years on the contract and are ability to not STRIKE if the pilot shortage gets worse to increase wages you would think they would give us better incentives. Oh well I guess I'll be the disappointed child on Chr...

Re: Jazz Pilot Pool

What do you call the entire pml bait and switch then. What were the wages before that happened... starting 45/yr. Look at it now. We are doing the same job for less. I guess some how I offended you buy saying pilots are worth more. Yes I agreed to work here but I'm also saying the system is broken y...

Re: Jazz Pilot Pool

Pilots are jazzes most important resource when it comes to labour. I believe jazz should be reminded of that and show proper compensation. The unions job it to make sure that happens, so far to not very impressed.

Re: Jazz Pilot Pool

If you can get overtime the pain of living off $2000/ month gets a little easier. Jazz is a great company in many aspects, it falls short only in a few ways and one is starting pay for its First Officers. The pay wage increases for years of service is also a broken system. The diffrence between year...

Re: Jazz Pilot Pool

Just so all you new hires have all the information. Movement at jazz has slowed down alot. Infact over the last 4 months there has been very little to no movement up the senority list. If you decided to work for jazz expect to be on reserve for a long time making very low wages. Around $1000 every 2...
