How many pilots do you know who have had a successful outcome for a wrongful dismissal suit? Without committing career suicide or ending up financially/emotionally bankrupt? I think that's the point. Yes, it's a northern station.

Not sure about all the rules and why this is all legal. I'm not good at this.

It is my understanding that most isolated sites have that kind of schedule as far as days worked per month.

Starting on a monday evening: 7 evenings (3h30-11h36) Monday off. 11 days (07h30-15h36) with a quick change on the 11th day, meaning we come back that very same evening for 7 midnights (23h30-07h36).
