We had the same problems. Half of the US cutoms agents said that you needed it, the other have said you didn't. Hell we got one for a flight down there and they never even looked at it.

We got our through a guy in Montana. Can't remember the name but it was around $1500-3000US.

Yes this pic whas shot in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. They were doing low and overs down the estuary for film shots....Forgot there was a power line across the river and tried to go under it. Last time I was in Costa Rica, I was offered a job at TACA turning wrenches. The pay was $7 US per hour. Told that was a good wage....... C.R. doesn't really pay well unless you work for the U.S. State Department. They have two full time AWACs based out of Liberia....but they were looking for 4000hr...

Well there is such a broad spectrum you will have to narrow it down a little. 1.) Budget 2.) Operation Requirements (i.e. press. for mountains, pax req). Timing for your passengers.
