I'm will go out on a limb and guess that Jazz has the same ban policy guidance as AC. If that is the case, flying the ILS on 09 in YFC they would only be good down to 3/4 or 4000 RVR. This is company imposed guidance I believe as one of the preventative measures that came out of the YHZ accident.

Depending on where you are located, you may have access to an employment office. I was able to sit down with mine to comb over my resume, cover letter and even LinkedIn profile, all free of charge.

They aren't aviation resume specialist but they should be able to get you going.
