i remember in my air force days watching the F.E. of a visiting C-5 galaxy jam a 2x4 in the back of the fan to keep it from windmilling.

TC will asses your case on an individual level. make sure you have every scrap of training documentation that the RAF gave you, and anything else you have. you cant thats why the system is there, 99.9% of the time it is a broken sense line. the only real way to tell is to shut off the opposite side and see if you have any air coming in. but if it is a small leak some air might still be getting through, and then you are taking a chance that a small blee...
