GPS trackers are “fail-safe”. They leave a trail of breadcrumbs that ends when the unit is destroyed or electrical power is removed—and it’s likely going to be close to the crash site. I can't speak kilograms but I'm probably more of them than that. I got blood work done a few months before my last Cat3 and my CAME seemed happy with the amount of residual fast food/pizza grease in my blood.

Get the blood work done just to make sure you're good.
