Re: Company suggestion for low timer
Perimeter has some of the longest ramp times around these days. Start at a place with Navajos, Caravans, King Airs, etc. and avoid ramp traps like Perimeter, West Wind, etc.. How did you come up with that conclusion with perimeter? Do you know someone who works there? I was going to ask him the sam...

Re: Company suggestion for low timer
Your best bet would be Perimeter... 12-16 on the ground in Winnipeg or Thompson --> First Officer for 16 months to 2 years-->captain for a year or 2 then off to the airlines you go if that's your thing. Best gig you can get if you want stability while waiting for that airlines job.
Good luck!
Good luck!

Re: Northern Air Charter
Any idea how much a PPCed Navajo captain would make there? What kind of work/schedule/hours and career progression ? Layoff season is approaching quickly here and I am Intersted in a position with a little bit of stability and career progression within the same company. Thanks!

Re: share what you make.
This is my third year in aviation. 39K base plus mileage and duty time away from base (holding on charters) flying a Navajo SPIFR up north... My annual income will be anywhere between 52-55K. First multi pic job.

Re: New IPM in PDF format for free ??
Thanks for the replies guys... I actually thought that was an update from Transport so I figured I would read it. I fly IFR on daily basis for a living so I am not worried about learning ifr, just wanted to see if there's anything new.
Thanks again.

New IPM in PDF format for free ??
Greetings!
Just as the title says... I have been looking for a free downloadable copy of the Istrument Procedures Manula but even Google can't find me one! Would anyone on here please steer me in the right direction or email me a copy?! Please!
Yes, I am too cheap to pay 90 bucks for it.
Thanks!

Re: Amazon drones!
Since we are so close to Christmas my guess would be that Amazon released this video for marketing purposes to boost traffic to their site... There's no way this idea makes any financial sense leave alone what it would take them to get it approved.. How many of you went straight to amazon.com after ...
