My understanding of the whole thing is the PML was negotiated solely btw AC and Jazz management (which is why they were at our roadshow) and ACPA was involved with AC and Jazz management for the deferral process/reserved seniority numbers.

SKY opened up with Q400's. Then they became the operator of AC's 175's. And now they are adding 175's (5 so far with more to come). It makes no sense to maintain the infrastructure for 5 Q400's unless that fleet is growing. With the extended CPA at CHR, there is no need for 2 Express Q400 operators...
