I started in the left seat (C206) and was lucky to go in to the C208 and have put a few thousand hours on it then have moved on to a twin in the left seat. the reason people say they are canceling IFR and going on a company note is because as soon as you cancel the IFR you no longer have a flight plan. And there for have no alerting services.

GMT X 15 minus West Longitude = True bearing to the sun
put GMT as (eg) 1515 = 15.2
1530 = 15.5 once you get the answer just point into the sun and reset your DG an old dog showed me this :shock:

I hate it when people say they cant find a job "well I called around" Well good for you get off your ass get in your car and drive till you get on you can see on here that there all kinds of jobs I was told that once you hear a rumour you should act on it becaus if you wate it will be gone. :evil:
