is it possible that with the type of pay over the first 4 years guys are picking all RP positions in hopes of less commuting or a better lifestyle....maybe have more time to have another income source etc?

+1 also The problem with those great corporate gigs is that they are so few and far between and when one comes up the entire north end of YYZ applies, plus management companies are constantly trying to insert themselves into those good jobs. I miss those nice layovers myself but going airline route ...

Hopefully they get through the pool soon.....hiring can't be that robust if it takes that much time to open the posting again or the pml is filling the seats. Most ots guys can't go from 80 to 100k to 40 in hopes of pml flow .... it's great for the regionals but ac and now wj missing out on an entir...
