Geez, that guy still around. I was the captain on one of his flights where he sued AC for not offering him a 7Up in French and to boot...the guy speaks English.

Care to elaborate Mr Plimsole. I just thought that seeing that I deal with the Jazz new-hires and that all three of the committed groups had been hired the program was ended.

The program is finished. The company committed to three classes and the last group was hired last year.

First of all this guy is not having a problem with CBP, the problem is with the US DHS. I suffered the same fate a few years back. After crossing the border for 17 years, sometimes twice a day, I was told that I would have this problem everytime. True to their word it happened that way. There is not...
