Re: Coming home after working overseas (ATPL)
Hi all, Lately I've been thinking about living overseas after meeting a Canadian 737 Captain (graduate of UFV!) working for Jetstar (Singapore). I also have a couple of regular working stiff friends who are just returning to Canada to settle. It looked like a good life experience to live in a massi...

Re: Just the wing tip
Looks like AC has problems lining up with things these days. A clear and obvious failure of TC, FAA, TSB, NTSB, GTAA, LOT, the fine people of Poland, and the passengers and crew onboard the LOT aircraft. And Polish speaking taxi drivers in the vicinity. Not to mention weak Polish licencing standards.

Re: Hornet flyby over football game too scary for people
Given your uncompromising arrogance and leftist elitism all I can do is pay for tickets on the airline you do not work for. That is all. Never compromise Rockie. Never accept facts over your opinion. Clinton, the nation's 42nd president, was impeached by the House of Representatives on December 19, ...

Bill Clinton. Democrat. You are in love with the party. Google his sexual prowess while in office if you are too young to remember. Wasn't he impeached? Gotta love them Dems calling The Donald a pervert.

Re: Hornet flyby over football game too scary for people
Bill Clinton was the president Rockie. He's not anymore. Neither do I but I do find that if nothing else Donald sure has shook up the political cess pool that we have become so used to accepting as inevitable. And he did not bow to the Saudi leader like Obama did. That alone was refreshing. He didn'...

Re: Air Asia shaking like "Washing Machine"
Passengers are never aware. They cannot find a seat without help. Refer to The Mexico Game where a tech stop was described as the worst experience of a passenger's life. When you mention engine in a PA the only thing passengers hear is, "we are all going to die". When you mention engine shutdown in ...

Watch The Mexico Game courtesy of CBC again. At least one employee who is good enough to work for them doesn't have too high an opinion of the operation. the title of this thread is " Why is Flair so Hatred? I suspect it should instead be " Why is Flair So Hatred by those who were notgood enough to ...

Way too much info. That just scared the sh*t out of everybody. "We have a technical problem and will be landing at ________." What to do, have to say something; was there protocol for "washing machine" ? No ? So tells them the truth (must have been thinking they might end up in the drink), " our sur...

Every FLE thread brings out the venom and name calling.

You're suggesting doing it with ten airplanes which are not on the property?mantogasrsrwy wrote:WhatThe? wrote:If they are using the 767's I guess Russia will get regular service ... just like Iceland and greenland!
Ten 787's have been ordered but you suggest they should do it with four fully utilized 767's. Brilliant idea.

Re: "Prefer a Tired Pilot to An Inexperienced one"
I've flown with both and I'll take a new pilot over an exhausted one, 100 percent of the time. Newbies sometimes make mistakes, but they can quickly learn from them and move forward. As the level of fatigue advances, tired pilots continue to make the same mistakes. Inexperience generally doesn't ki...

No please, go ahead and provide an example of my arrogance. Would you dare accept that you believe your opinion is above every other poster and also that of the TSB would constitute evidence of your arrogance? Or is it simply that you are right and the rest of the world is wrong? You know, like the...
