Re: in which a millwright builds an airplane.

I laughed so much reading your post that my green tea came straight out of my nose! You owe me a keyboard cleaning. With the style and personality you've got, I am confident you will find a cool gig near you. On the other hand, Inuvik is a very nice place to be and your beloved wife would get a job ...

Re: Recherche Avion a louer mont joli ou Gaspe

Salut Vortex,

Je crois qu'il y a une nouvelle école de pilotage à Rivière-du-Loup. A-tu regardé de ce côté? Peut-être ont-ils un 172 à louer?

Recherche Instructeur Classe 4 - Drummondville, Qc

Re: Next Step?

In my honest opinion, if you are happy where you are now and by the end of the season your boss asks you if you're in next year, I'd gladly accept the offer and work out some better conditions down the road.

St-Lazarre, or Cooper's Farm is a very nice place. They have two runways and Mogas.

I wish I had been aware of their presence in time and could have arrange to attend the event and shake their hands. At least, a few of my close friends did and I hope Andrew and Eric enjoyed the place and its people.

Next time, hopefully!

If only the captains, or TC, or almost everybody else flying knew that " conflicts please advise 126.7 " is not in the established and approved radio procedures, it would not have become a pet peeve for some of us. I can get really mad every time I hear that, enough to mute the freaking radio. This ...

Re: Anyone remember Cartierville airport?

Being a youngster, Too young to know what it was, I referred to the Argus as the plane with the point in the back. There was a yellow Otter on the north river that I could always see when crossing the LaChappel bridge. I would see it down the river, looking west. And then I would snap my head to th...

Re: Anyone remember Cartierville airport?

Thanks for bringing this up Bmc because it is the story of my life! To make it short, since my English writing sucks, I grew up on St-Germain Boulevard while the Tiger Moth, TBM's, C-120/140 and Harvard turned base just over the house. My best friend and I played in the aircraft, all of them, Lauren...
