Accident occurred on Sept 12 2012, aircraft was just cancelled March 26 2013 from the US regsiter.
N511QS was parked overnight on the signature ramp at KSFO, a catering truck inadvertantly drove into a wing at 0530 - decapitating the 60 year old driver. It was only known that the aircraft was grounded and extent of the damage unknown.
