Are these good numbers for the pilots or could it be better ?

Those are percentiles.

If you fall in the 25%, then 75% of the industry makes more than you. Likewise if you are 90% then 90% if the industry makes less than you. It flips positive and negative at 50%.

Great convo started in NBAA numbers relating those numbers to CAD.

As far as whether those values are good, it's all relative. Are you happy making 100k flying as captain on a private jet. Perhaps you make less. Are you happy in general or do you seek greener grass? .
