My T4 last year was well into the six figures flying a King Air with the odd training flight here and there. That’s not including the other $17k perdiem and bonus. LAS needs to step it up big time. A lot of operators in Vancouver need to step it if they want to attract and retain pilots unless they love seeing quick turnover.
