604 AOC Chief Pilot Requirements

Anyone here aware of, or know where to find, the requirements for chief pilot of 604 op with light twin?

There are no requirements other than satisfying the cbaa auditor that you are competent.

What kind of airplane? Is it turbine and pressurized? If not you won't even need a POC.
