Does RIM hav a corporate flight department?

The first rule of Flight Club is: you do not talk about Flight Club. The second rule of Flight Club is: you DO NOT talk about Flight Club!

Everyone signs an NDA which states they can't even acknowledge they work for RIM. They keep a really, really low profile - you won't even hear them picking up their clearances over the radio.

Yes Sulako, the majority of us as you likely know do sign NDA's it's a common practice.

They are based at CYKF in the Flightline hangar. Last I heard they had a Falcon50 and a 900 (maybe two 900s by now)
They were managed by Chartright a few years back but are now on their own.
Mike has a Falcon900 based in CYYZ for his private use.
