G-FRAI Falcon 20DC abort takeoff due to birdstrike= over run
Awaiting details, a Cobham Aviation Services Falcon 20 - unconfirmed as G-FRAI - which is an ex Federal Express (N37FE) Falcon 20DC - reportedly went off the runway at it's home base Tees Valley Airport Durham, UK.
Reported as an abort due to birdstrike - crew over ran the runway, aircraft said to be damaged but crew of 3 uninjured.
Update; Aircraft is presently off runway '05' and will be 'craned' out tomorrow - runway is operating at reduced length.

Not to go on a thread tangent, but what are the underwing pods? Countermeasures? From what I see the company makes and outfits armaments, etc.
